Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@blingsitara.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Beauty and personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Store Credit Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund amount will be issued as Store Credit in the form of a coupon/store voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Store Credits are typically issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Please note:

  • Store Credits are non-transferable
  • Store Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
